Description
Search for TF binding sites in GTRD near the speciefied gene.
Parameters:
- preparedTables (expert) – preparedTables
- peaksFolder (expert) – peaksFolder
- Organism – Organism
- Gene symbol or ID – Restrict search to sites near this gene, enter 'Any' to search in all genes
- Transcription factor – Transcription factor
- Data set – Data set
- Cell line – Cell line
- Treatment – Treatment/condition
- Max gene distance – Maximal distance from site to gene
- Output type – Type of result
- Binding sites (expert) – Found transcription factor binding sites
