Description

This method puts the sites from the input VCF track that overlap with the sites from the regulation track to the Yes track result. All other sites are put to the No track result. If not enough sites are taken to the No track (min no size parameter), then sites from default VCF are added to get the desired size of No track.

Parameters:

  • Input VCF – Input VCF
  • Regulation track – Regulation track
  • Default VCF – Default VCF
  • Min no size – Min no size
  • Out yes – Out yes
  • Out no – Out no
