  • Species – Select a taxonomical species
  • First folder containing ChIP-seq tracks – First folder containing ChIP-seq tracks (created by the 1-st peak finder)
  • Second folder containing ChIP-seq tracks – Second folder containing ChIP-seq tracks (created by the 2-nd peak finder)
  • Path to output folder – Output folder will be created under this location when it doesn't exist
