Description

Parameter identifiability which uses optimization as input

Parameters:

  • Optimization – Path to optimization data
  • Experiment names (expert) – Names of experiments to use (if empty all experiments will be used)
  • Step size – Value of default step size during parameter identifiability testing
  • Maximum identifiability steps – Maximum number of steps during parameter identifiability testing (in one direction)
  • Degrees of freedom – Number of degrees of freedom
  • Confidence level – Confidence level which is used to define confidence interval
