Description
Compare site models with ROC curve
Parameters:
- Site models – Site models
- Sequences – Sequences containing motifs
- Background sequences – Background sequences
- Number of permutations (expert) – Number of permutations of the sequences to perform when computing false positive rates
- Seed (expert) – Seed for random number generator
- Model FDR (expert) – Set models threshold to match specified FDR
- Output table – Output table (will be created if not exists)
