Description

This workflow is designed to analyze a DNA sequence for potential binding sites. Sequences should be in Fasta format.

Sample data file for this workflow can be found in data/Examples/Sample data/Data/DNA sequence formats/...

Please, export the proper file, save it locally and then use as a test data for this workflow. Alternatively, you may select to take the sample file directly from the repository. For this in the import dialog you should tap the arrow (located right to the import file field) and select "Select from repository", then select any generic file.

Note: File Extension is important for proper format recognition. If you have difficulties in uploading files (you see the message “ERROR - Specified file is unsupported by importer”) export our examples and prepare your files accordingly.
