Description
Add genes from CMA result
Parameters:
- Input Diagram – Input Diagram.
- CMA result – CMA result.
- Column with genes – Column with genes ids.
- Profile – Profile.
- Full model track – Full model track
- Sequences – Result of Annotate Track with Genes analysis (if not set automatically)
- Add Only producing genes – Add only genes producing proteins which are already in the diagram.
- Add Only regulated genes – Add only genes which are regulated by ptoteins from diagram.
- Genes limit – Genes limit.
- Layout gene clusters – It is recommended to switch layout off if number of genes is large.
- Layout model – It is recommended to switch layout off if number of proteins is large.
- Output Diagram – Output Diagram.
