Creates Match site model
Parameters:
- Position frequency matrix – Position frequency matrix
- Cutoff – Cutoff for matrix
- Core cutoff – Cutoff for matrix core
- Default core – Automatically determine core start and length
- Core start – Start of the matrix core (zero based)
- Core length – Length of matrix core
- Output collection – Collection where site model will be saved
- Model name – The name of model name to create
