Description
Parameter identifiability which uses optimization as input
Parameters:
- Optimization – Path to optimization data
- Experiment names (expert) – Names of experiments to use (if empty all experiments will be used)
- Step size – Value of default step size during parameter identifiability testing
- Maximum identifiability steps – Maximum number of steps during parameter identifiability testing (in one direction)
- Degrees of freedom – Number of degrees of freedom
- Confidence level – Confidence level which is used to define confidence interval
- Output path – Path to the output table
