Parameters:

• PN_FREQUENCY_MATRICES – PD_FREQUENCY_MATRICES
• Critical IPS score – Critical IPS score
• Window size – Window size
• Minimal distance – Minimal distance between sites
• Output collection – Collection where site model will be saved
• Model name – The name of model name to create
