[edit] Description
This method is trying to reduce the resulting CMA model by excluding some matrices from the model and recalculating the score. If the new score appears to be better, then the reduced model is kept if the score change threshold is below the one, which was specified during the analysis launch. As a result, the method will reduce the resulting CMA model by removing the insignificant site models.
[edit] Parameters:
- CMA result – Result of the construct composite modules analysis
- Score change threshold – Threshold of score change
- Max iterations (expert) – Maximal number of iterations (maximal number of site models to remove)
- Output path – Path to analysis result
