[edit] Description
Prepare GTF annotation file from Ensembl database, this GTF can be used by Cufflinks.
[edit] Parameters:
- Ensembl database – Ensembl database to use
- TSS distance – Maximal distance between neighboring transcription start sites in cluster
- TSS groups – Table describing TSS groups
- Resulting annotation – Resulting annotation of genome in GTF format
