This tool provides an interface Ivo Ugrina's glycanr package for glycan analysis.

[edit] Parameters

• Input table - Path to table with input data
• Group by - Group by values in column
• Glycanr function - Glycanr function to apply
• Alpha - (glyco.outliers) Multiplied with the IQR, this parameter determines the strictness of outlier detection
• Log - (glyco.plot) Log transform values
• Collapse - (glyco.plot) Collapse plots
• Output folder - Folder for output files
