Creates IPS site model
Parameters:
- PN_FREQUENCY_MATRICES – PD_FREQUENCY_MATRICES
- Critical IPS score – Critical IPS score
- Window size – Window size
- Minimal distance – Minimal distance between sites
- Output collection – Collection where site model will be saved
- Model name – The name of model name to create
