Description
Generate summary on AUCs: multiple comparison of ROC curves
Parameters:
- Path to collection of folders – Path to collection of folders that contain tables with AUCs
- % of best sites – Best sites percentage
- Path to output folder – Output folder will be created under this location when it doesn't exist
- Are revised – Do consider the revised matrices for analysis?
- Minimal size – AUC will be missed if it was calculated on sequence set with size less than 'Minimal size'
