Parameters:
- Transfac – Path to transfac database
- Ensembl database – Ensembl database
- Search near genes – If TRANSFAC(R) do not provide absolute genomic coordinates, try to find site sequence near the linked genes
- Result – Resulting Transfac sites mapped to genome
