Description

This method selects top keynodes (by score and linkage to top targets).

This method uses the result of keynode analysis and Targets tables of "PSD pharmaceutical compounds analysis" and "Pharmaceutical Compounds analysis".

The method sorts the input table by Rank column and takes the Number of top elements molecules from the sorted table. It adds more molecules from the top so that the union of Column with gene IDs values will cover at least the Number of top targets from each target table.

The maximum number of molecules that can be obtained is:

Number of top elements + Number of top targets * number_of_targets_tables

Parameters:

  • Path to keynodes result – Path to keynodes result
  • Column with gene IDs – Column with gene IDs
  • Rank column (expert) – Input table will be sorted ascending by the column selected
  • Number of top elements – Number of top elements
  • Paths to top targets – Paths to top targets
  • Targets sort column (expert) – Sort targets if the column exist
  • Sort targets ascending (expert) – Sort targets ascending
  • Number of top targets – Maximal number of selected targets from each table
  • Path to result – Path to result
