Remove unobservable molecules

Description
Removes molecules which are unnecessary during observeble values evaluating.
Parameters:
- Input path – Path to input diagram
- Delete all elements (expert) – flag used to show should all unobservable nodes be deleted or not
- Element names – list with element names
- Output path – Path to resulting diagram
