Description
Reduces resulting CMA model trying to remove insignificant site models.
Parameters:
- CMA result – Result of the construct composite modules analysis
- Score change threshold – Threshold of score change
- Max iterations (expert) – Maximal number of iterations (maximal number of site models to remove)
- Output path – Path to analysis result
