Description

Parameter identifiability which uses optimization as input.

Parameters:

  • Optimization – A path to the optimization document.
  • Parameter values – A path to the table containing the fitted parameter values. If this path is skipped, the values stored in the optimization document will be used as the start values of the analysis.
  • Parameters (expert) – Parameters to check identifiability.
  • Maximum identifiability steps – Maximum number of steps during parameter identifiability testing (in one direction)
  • Maximal deviation – Maximal deviation from initial objective function value (delta)
  • Save solutions – Should solutions found by the analysis be saved?
  • Plot element type (expert) – Type of created result plot elements
  • Output path – Path to the output table
