Description
This analysis allows you to leave only those sites which present or absent in another track.
Parameters:
- Input track – Track which you want to filter
- Filter track – Track to use as a filter
- Max distance – Maximal difference between site starts and ends to consider sites equal
- Fields to compare – Consider sites equal when these fields values match aside from sites position and strand
- Filtering mode – Specify how to perform the filtering
- Output track – Specify the location where to store results
