Edit all cutoffs in given profile.
[edit] Parameters:
- Input profile – Input profile
- Template – Site models will have threshold set according to selected template
- Cutoff – All site models will have given cutoff set
- Profile properties – Properties specific to given site mode
- Output profile – Path to resulting profile
