Please, export the proper file, save it locally and then use as a test data for this workflow. Alternatively, you may select to take the sample file directly from the repository. For this in the import dialog you should tap the arrow (located right to the import file field) and select "Select from repository", then select any generic file.

[edit] Description

This workflow is designed to analyze a DNA sequence for potential transcription factor binding sites (TFBSs).

The sequence should be in EMBL format.

A sample data file for this workflow can be found here: data/Examples/Sample data/Data/DNA sequence formats/sample.embl

The input file can be imported from your local computer, from the web or ftp server or from a respository within the platform. Note: File Extension is important for proper format recognition during import. If you have difficulties in uploading your file (you see the message "Import failed"), export our examples and prepare your files accordingly. You can also drag and drop a raw sequence in EMBL format.

For free account users you can select between 4 different profiles of the GTRD database to search for TFBSs. Users with a valid TRANSFAC(R) license can select between >200 different Transfac matrix collections.

Please define a result file name.
