SBML tests

The SBML Test Suite is a conformance testing system for SBML. It allows developers and users to test the degree and correctness of SBML support provided in an SBML-compatible software package.

SBML test suite was used to validate BioUML simulation engines.
Details for BioUML Java simulation engine is available here:

  • SBML test suite 2.1.0 (details)
  • SBML test suite 2.0.2 (details)
  • SBML test suite 3.0.0 including comp and fbc packages(details)

Here you can start any test via BioUML web edition:

Discrete Stochastic Models Test Suite (DSMTS)

The stochastic simulation engine was introduced in BioUML version 0.9.4. It was was tested using DSMTS test suite. This test suite allows the accuracy of stochastic simulators to be tested against known results.

Test details are available here.

Rule based modelling - BioNetGen tests

Rule based modelling, using [BioNetGen] approach is under development. Corresponding simulation engine will be available in BioUML version 0.9.5.
